Fast Photo Renamer 1.30 is a one-function software application that does exactly what its name says – it takes digital image files with obscure names like Img_0275.jpg or Dsc00403.jpg and changes it to “Fishing Trip 2005” or “Aruba Vacation Day 1”.

This is how Fast Photo Renamer works. When renaming files one by one, a user simply selects a folder where photographs are stored. The image of a particular file is displayed is the lower left corner. After renaming the file, new digital picture is displayed and can be renamed.

It’s also possible to rename large batches of files simultaneously. Basically, a person creates a renaming template, selects a folder where files to be renamed are stored and clicks a button. Everything else is automatic and instantaneous.
